New at the Oberndorf location: the LTM 1070-4.2

Since October another model of the LTM 1070-4.2 is part of the Schmidbauer fleet, this time in Oberndorf. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology: ECOmode and ECOdrive ensure reduced fuel consumption and reduce noise. The proven TELEMATIK single-cylinder telescoping system guarantees a comfortable and automatic extension of the telescopes to the desired lengths. In addition, VarioBase® ensures safe working in confined areas. The permissible loads are calculated individually and precisely for the respective situation. This allows safe working with any practical support base.

The active, speed-dependent rear axle steering makes the crane all-terrain and agile. In addition, this crane has a second winch which can be used to turn large parts in the air. The 4-axle vehicle can also carry most of its ballast while driving on the road so it is readyily available for use on construction sites. The smallest Liebherr 4-axle crane is therefore full of potential.
