Aiming high with Schmidbauer: Expansion of the building complex "neue balan"

The area around the "neue balan" is being further expanded.

Under tight conditions, two of our cranes were in operation on 28.07. at the "neue balan" in the east of Munich. In addition to the compact MK 140 mobile crane, the ATF 220 supported the construction work on the building complexes, which will house modern offices in the future. Located in the district border between Haidhausen, Obergiesing and Ramersdorf, the construction of the "new balan" was based on the concept to use available structures: the existing buildings were completely renovated and converted, connecting on to what is already present. The area is already inhabited by a mixture of companies and sectors like IT, stock exchange, advertising, clothing, media, communication, gastronomy and the like.
